Happy 51st birthday to myself!

-Last year.

Got my birthday books ahead of time.
I guess that's a bright spot.

I'm not doing a party this year.
I...I just can't.

Happy 50th birthday to myself!

(Sent back in time from 7/31/25)

Can't say it better than I just did on Facebook...

Thanks for the birthday well wishes everyone! Had...an okay time. Had the family over, and we gorged and laughed. Ma's absence didn't catch up to me until the very end when everyone was leaving. Got a little tingle-eyed. Ma's gone, I'm 50, Trump's president. All of this feels like a weird fucking dream.

Yup, we lost Ma. Here's that.

Yeah, that about says it all.

I'll put the link HERE for the loot.
Already got a couple things.

Happy 49th birthday to myself!

(Sent back in time from 7/31/24)

The actual day was kinda boring.
Ate cake and ice cream.
Whoopidy doo.
Other than the birthday chow, it was my usual day of fighting trolls on boards, and Trek on TV.

Got all my "get out of the house" shit done the day before.
Renewing my license, cashing some checks, getting some groceries.
Well, saw a cute girl to make into a book character.
These poor random people don't know I'm putting a cut n' paste box around them and hitting "save". 😏

Saw "Deadpool & Wolverine" the previous Friday.
Yeah, I guess that was my big present to myself.

Got some loot shopping to do, but not much excites me.
It's gonna be a slow peck, peck, peck as I find stuff I like.
I think the actor's strike threw all the movies out of whack.
Usually I have a pile of flicks to collect around this time.
Nope, everything's finally fucking coming out in the theater now.

Bummed about almost being 50.
Well...not bummed.
Just...philosophically weirded out.
Half a century.
I do feel like an old wizard who's seen a lot of shit.
Have a grey stripe in my beard, so the wizard look is coming along.
I have a good memory for the history I've been through to tell the kiddies.
And I'm not a boring storyteller like the Grandpa Simpsons out there.
No one cares where the old fucking gas station was, get to the meat of the story, you dumb coot!!
Anyway!
I know how to rewind things going on now to their prequel, and tell it well with minimum bullshit.
I got that going for me.

That haunts me.
Well, add it to my wizard trauma pile.

Well, I lost them because they wouldn't listen to my wizard wisdom.
TERFism is the 80's gay/AIDS panic in new wrapping paper.
They don't "make good points". It's all old shit on repeat.
Why don't my fellow gen-xers remember this shit?
It's fucking infuriating.

Oh yeah, and last year, we lost Paul Reubins and Sinead O'Connor my birthday week.
Pee-Wee landed right on my friggin' birthday.
So I have that to remember forever.
Sheesh!

So, that's me at 49.

I'll put a link HERE for the loot hunt.
Stay tuned.

Happy 48th birthday to myself!

Previous years.

-47th (Didn't celebrate*, so only did loot, so there's that part 1, 2, 3)

Added a birthday tag, so future ones won't need a link back.

*As for not celebrating...I dunno...I think Nichelle Nichols dying re-activated my Margaret grief, so I was probably drowning my sorrows in prezzies, and I absent-mindedly forgot the actual birthday part.
Yeah, that seems like me.
Probably what I did.

By way of needing inspiration, let's see what 39 year old me was saying...

Last year, I navel gazed about how I no longer give a shit about society's opinion.
Now, I don't even give a shit that I don't give a shit.

There's no longer a speck of me left that's on the defensive, and I feel even pluckier about not taking anyone's shit.

Good advice.
May need it this year.

And that year was also the year I quested for all those lost movies and comics.
Thanks, past-me.
Future-you needed the pick-me-up.

I knew storing those acorns would be handy.

Why not 38th to be an even 10 years?
Because my finger missed, and 39th was better anyway. 😜

Oh, and here will be the placeholder for the loot reviews.

Stay tuned.

Happy 45th birthday to myself!

I already took care of the present haul last week, so that's done.

No party this year cuz of covid 19.
Ditto 4th of July.

5 years away from 50 now.
Goddamn.
It creeps up on ya.

Here's today's doings pasted over from Facebook...

So, dad went to go play with his boat, so I decided to buy my own cake n' ice cream at the grocery store.
Usually, I wake up, and it's waiting for me, but I hemmed and hawed about wanting one last night.
I almost passed, I almost let it go, but I got craving a Friendly's ready-made sundae, so I convinced myself I had to go.
Ugh, I hope next year covid-19 is over.
I wore one of my cloth masks, and they're good, but my glasses fog up like a motherfucker, so I went into the store without them (my glasses), cuz at least myopia is SOME vision.
I went to the bakery, and they had THE peanut butter cake.
The one I lusted after since I was a kid, but they never had it on my birthday.
So, I grabbed the fucker.
Then...the Friendly's sundae's were gone.
The whole ice cream section had been picked over pretty thoroughly.
I did grab a half-gallon of Friendly's Reese's cup & Reese's pieces ice cream.
Oh, and also, the Karens wouldn't stay away from me in the ice cream aisle like last time.
Fuckin-a.
Anyway, got home without incident.
The cake....okay, but mediocre.
What I always thought were Tagalongs (peanut butter Girl Scout cookies) stuck to it, were just deceptive frosting blobs.
The peanut butter frosting...meh, I could do better myself just stirring Pillsbury vanilla frosting and JIF peanut butter together.
Anyway, I've resolved that childhood fantasy.
As with most fantasies, the reality didn't deliver.
And the ice cream?
Also meh.
Should have got Chubby Hubby instead.
Anyway, I'm full of cake n' ice cream, and probably won't have room for supper.
Phew! Ooof!

Oh, forgot to mention, my mask smothered me, and I totally died. But, I'm a solid ghost that eats cake and ice cream, and American Chop Suey. So, no difference.

Oh, and I'm working on a story that I'm genuinely enjoying, and doesn't feel like work, and if it pans out, I might build my long-delayed novel out of this spinoff universe that's growing from it.

So, yeah, aside from the global plague, and the Nazi president, I'm feeling pretty good about life.

Happy 44th birthday to myself!

I already took care of the presents haul yesterday.
So, that's done.

No party this year, but we already had the big family shindig the weekend after the 4th of July for the 4th of July.
I had to chore-monkey as much as last year, but I didn't mind for some reason.
Dunno why I was so grumpy last year.
Go figure *shrug*.

6 years away from 50 now.
Makes me reflective of the direction of my life, and if my writing/cartooning dreams are ever going to happen.

Well, Hyla threw in the towel, and has accepted a normal life, and drawing is only his hobby now.
It's why he tore down his blog, Facebook, and Deviantart profile.
Glad that makes him happy, but I just can't go out like that.
Now that I see what that looks like, I'm like "nope!".

I'll try until I die.
This has been the meaning of my whole goddamned life.

And if I never become the next J.K. Rowling, fuck it, I made people laugh online, and made friends with that skill, so that's good enough.
I'd like it to be the source of my bread though.
It doesn't even have to be millions.

Tom Wolfe got started at 38, and his best stuff was in his 60's.
Margaret Atwood just took her first crack at comics at 78.

It's literally not the end until you're dead.
America is age-ist as fuck, you gotta fight against that tide, but I think I'm up to it.

So, that's 44.
Hope the rest of the year is misery free.
So far, so good.

Happy 43rd birthday to myself!

There!! Properly got it on the right day this time.

Saturday was my party, and it was....eeennhhh....
I'll be honest, I didn't get to enjoy it, because I busted my ass the whole time.
Kinda ruined it for me.
The rotten humid heat didn't help either.
So, pppttt!!
Kept playing "it's my party, and I'll cry if I want to", in my head.
Ah, well, the kids had a good time, that's all I care about.

But, today's my real birthday, so I'll try to have the fun today.

Let's just do the birthday haul.

Ghostbusters:
Displaced Aggression (2010)

Talked about it a bunch here.

If Rachel Unglighter is being canonized by "Crossing Over", then this is the prequel to "Crossing Over".
I loved the story before, but now it's part of lore, so I needed the hard copy.

Ghostbusters: Mass Hysteria! (2014)

Broken up into 2 volumes.
I stitched the covers together, so you can appreciate the mural.

This came out for the 30th anniversary of the first movie, and it's the movie sequel we should have gotten.

Overall gist is, Gozer's sister Tiamat shows up to mess with the Ghostbusters.
Tiamat actually hates Gozer, and doesn't mind that they destroyed him, but humans suddenly having the tech to be able to fight a demigod has her curious.

It's a fan feast.
They tie in both movies, the '09 video game, the cartoons, the toys, all of it.
All of it up to that point, anyway.

There's a deleted scene in GB2 with Eugene Levy as Louis's uncle, and that character pops up, becoming retroactively canon.

And in GB1, they tried to get Paul (Pee-Wee) Reubens to play Gozer, and we get the Evil-Pee-Wee version of Gozer in this as retroactively canon.

It's chock full of deep cuts like that.
Damned good book!!

Anyhoo, Tiamat has been revealed as the puppet-master villain  in "Crossing Over", so I needed these as prequels too.

Hmm, biologically, Rachel Unglighter is half-sister to Gozer and Tiamat, so Rachel is probably gonna fight Tiamat.
*Rubs hands* oooohhh, this is gonna be good!!

Ghostbusters:
Answer The Call:
What Dreams May Come
(2017-2018)

Talked it to death here.
Got the hard copy now.

So, I'm all up on my Ghostbusters books until the graphic novels of "Crossing Over", (another 2 volume one) drop next year.

30 Years Of Garbage:
The Garbage Pail Kids Story (2018)

This is on order, but I have no idea if or when its coming.
I'll update.

So, that's it.
I'm a man of simple pleasures, as long as I got to shoot the shit about Ghostbusters for a little while, I feel better about things.

I'll probably go movie shopping with card money sometime this week or next, so there'll be a part 2 to this.
*Sigh* I was chore-monkey-ing so much, I didn't even get to open cards, and thank people.
Goddamn it.
I look like an asshole.
Now I'm melancholy again.
Fucking life.

Well, at least I am alive.
Heard about a guy I went to school with overdosing yesterday.
I mean, he overdosed awhile ago, but I heard about it yesterday.
I didn't like him, so I'm not sad.
Every dickhead I outlive is a good thing.

Funny thing, at one point, he was on the stage of his rehab where he had to make amends, and he apologized to our fucking bus driver.
The bus driver???
You go far enough back for the bus driver, and not to me???
Fuck you, pal.
Good riddance.

Well, that's a dark way to get myself laughing again, but damned if it didn't work.

Yep, I'm alive, a jerk is dead, and I've got more Marvel movies and Ghostbusters books on the way.
It's a good day.
A goddamned good birthday.
Hooray for me.

*Smirks, nods, kicks up feet*

Happy belated 42nd birthday to myself.

Ehhh, between the heatwave, and I've caught some summer cold type bug, I've just been feeling "ehhhhh".
Plus there's gloomy crap going on in life.
More sick family member type things.

I celebrated more on Facebook than here.
This is the latest I've ever done one of these I think.
What, 5 days ago now?
Damn.

So, here was my haul this year....

Logan.
Excellent blu-ray.
Great features.

Split.
Marathon-ed it back-to-back with "Unbreakable", and it was fucking beautiful.

Just Desserts: The Making Of Creepshow.

This was probably my favorite.
This is basically the "Never Sleep Again", of "Creepshow".

Every little detail you ever wanted to know from the writing, the casting, the makeup, the props, the composing, even the fake comic book prop, and the opening titles and transition animations.
There's even a chunk on Bernie Wrightson discussing his comic adaptation.
It's all there.

There's even a whole other documentary just on the career of Tom Savini, and it takes it up to "Tales From The Darkside",  and then the commentary is Savini now taking it all the way up to the present.
Combine regular viewing with commentary just that little bonus alone is 2 hours.

So the backstory is, the dude made this back in '07 for a UK only Blu-Ray of "Creepshow".
But he had the rights written so he could someday split the documentary off as its own thing, and release it in any other territory for him alone to profit from.
Well, when he finally saw "Never Sleep Again", and "Crystal Lake Memories", come out, he knew the time was right, so he did an Indiegogo, and got it released, and now I've got it.

Anyhoo, this is why the doc itself is from '07, but all the added stuff updates it to '16.

Kinda sad and wistful to see George Romero and Bernie Wrightson alive again.

And like I said on Facebook, I watched the bits on "Father's Day", while eating my birthday cake, so that was a surreal meta moment.

And, I got a new TV from my grandmother cuz she got a new one and I got the hand-me-down, and I got myself candy, and I went to the movies I've been reviewing.
So there's all of that.

42.
My Douglas Adams year.
Should've marathon-ed the show (of Hitchhikers).

Happy belated 41st birthday to myself!

Damn, that didn't feel like a year since the last one.
The 40th birthday party is as fresh in my mind as yesterday.

Anyway, it was a usual birthday, company over, gorged on unhealthy junk, shot the shit with people, after everyone left, relaxed with presents, conked out.

Didn't get around to posting yesterday, and I usually do my present haul post the day after, so, let's just do that now...

The Force Awakens (Blu-Ray)

See here.

Fucking finally!
Everything got in my way of getting this.
Got it now.

Batman v Superman
(Blu-Ray, Ultimate Edition)

See here, and here.

Ahhh, that's more like it.
Much as I liked the theatrical cut, the 3 hour cut is even better.
It's the movie it always deserved to be, and that they should have fucking released.
They might have made that 1.5 billion they wanted.

Deadpool (Blu-Ray)

See here.

Haven't dug into the bonuses yet, but I can only assume they'll be as hilarious as the film.

Ghostbuster 1 & 2 (Blu-Ray)

See here.

Needed the upgrade.
Plus, it has bonuses that the DVD doesn't have.
But, the DVD has bonuses the Blu-Ray doesn't have, particularly the book that comes in the DVD.
SO, if you have the DVDs, save them
You need to keep both around to have everything.

Ghosts From Our Past

See here.
Also, here, and here.

Loved it.
Have to do a separate review on it, then go see GB16 a third time.
If you saw GB16 and liked it, definitely get this as the companion.

War Machine 64 gig flash drive.

I've had an 8 gig red and gold Iron Man one for more than a couple years now.
Been using it to transport podcasts to my TV to watch in more comfort than my computer chair.
If it's over 20 minutes, into the drive it goes.

Been calling it "the Iron Man channel".
Well, now it'll be War Machine channel, and it'll have all my shit.
Worked out the math, and all my favorite stuff should fit with room to spare.

Won't be bored anymore. :-P

Anyway, this hasn't come yet, but it's supposedly in transit.
Hopefully, tomorrow.

Also, a Force Awakens shirt, and money.

And that was 41. :-)

Happy 40th birthday to myself!

The big four oh.

It came.

Feeling pretty good, actually.
Feeling confident and secure the way I thought 20 would feel, and didn't, and then I thought 30 would feel, and didn't.

Shit, it's racing towards midnight, no way I'll make it under the wire talking about my presents haul.

I'll have to do that tomorrow, and retro-link it here.

I might get more into how the day went too.
This is a placeholder to get the deadline in, I guess.

Anyway, better day than I expected.
Not eventful, just nice.

So, yeah, I'll fill it in tomorrow.

Happy 39th birthday to myself!

No gummi bear or Reese's cake this year.
Did have a bucket of Ben & Jerry's Hazed & Confused.

Last year, I navel gazed about how I no longer give a shit about society's opinion.
Now, I don't even give a shit that I don't give a shit.

There's no longer a speck of me left that's on the defensive, and I feel even pluckier about not taking anyone's shit.

My new philosophical mantra is, I'm not on this Earth to leave everything the same.
Totally going to incorporate that into my outlook going forward on Jade-Shade.
Got a lot of new ideas for that I'm excited about.

Oh, yeah, need to log it down somewhere, this post is as good as any...
All the weird leftover memory flickers in my head bouncing around and driving me nuts...turned out to be real, and I hunted them all down and ghostbusted the fuckers.
Quests over.
Brain de-bugged.

Next year, is the big four-oh.
And, I don't even mind. :-) Read More......

Happy 38th birthday to myself!

Last year.

Geez, these years are goin' by too fast....

Um...no gummi bear this year.
Think that was my big goodbye to candy.
Ehh...I'll probably be back to it.
Oh, all right, my cake was festooned with Reese's cups.

Had the party Saturday.
So...no one gives a shit today.
Well, they do on Facebook, so, thanks, friends.

But y'know, here in meatspace, not so much.
Oh well...

Took myself to see "Pacific Rim".
I'll review that next post, and link it back here.

Hmm, staring down the barrel of 40.
Couple years away.
Kinda makes you reflective.

I had some "what have I done with my life?", kinds of thoughts Friday.
That usual contemplative gloom I get stuck in from time to time.
But, in the end, fuck it.
I regret nothing.
Regret means you could have done it differently.
I really couldn't have.
Not without being a liar, a sellout, a phony, a bootlick, etc, etc.
And, my personality is locked in pretty tight against that shit, so, I couldn't have made those choices.
This is who I am, this is my life.
If some cosmic entity wants to step up to the plate and judge me "unfit", bring it on.
But I won't hear that crap from anything made of meat and bone.
No one who wants that job is worthy.

Yeah, every year, I give less of a shit.
That part of getting older, I'm really enjoying.
Immensely, in fact.

I'm also enjoying how for the most part, that not giving a shit gets reciprocated by society at large.
Buckle in, I'll explain.
In your teens, and a bit into your twenties, you get beaten over the head with that whole fevered ad campaign of "wear these jeans or you won't be cool, and no one will fuck you!", "wear these expensive shoes, or you won't be cool, and no one will fuck you!", "wear this hair product, or no one will fuck you!", "put on this gross cologne, or no one will fuck you!", "whiten your teeth, or no one will fuck you!", "act like the assholes on this show, or no one will fuck you!".
On and on, you know the drill.
And, even a little bit into the 30's, you kind of get "relate to the nostalgia of being one of these stupid fucksticks in your teens-20's, or no one will like you! Much less fuck you!".

But...by the time you clear 35 or so...it shuts off like a light switch.
No one gives a fuck anymore.
They just give up on you, and cast you aside.
They finally just up and leave you alone, and move on to the next batch of assholes.
I've really been enjoying that.
It's supposed to make you feel bad, but it's had the complete opposite effect on me.
At this age, they assume I'm supposed to be someone's boring fucking dad, or something.
Apparently, I'm supposed to be watching fucking drywall shows on HGTV, and having bland conversations about stock portfolios.
No thanks.
Bite me.

Yeah, these people becoming boring and lame in their 30's-40's?
They always were.
These are just older versions of the mediocre unimpressive people they always were.
That's another treat.
The front row seat to the middle age burnout of my dumb generation.
Bring me the fucking popcorn.
*Maniacal cackle*

Naw, fuck all that.
I'm gonna be potty mouthed, opinionated, rebelling, resisting, and flipping the double-bird at life until they cremate my ass.

What the fuck else is life for?
I mean, really?

How I spent my birthday.

Not much; better than last year, which was "meh".

Got out, visited, had some cake, checked out Bull Moose Music (which as I posted prior may buy out all the dead Borders around here, at least in Portland) at the strip mall across from the old Wal-Mart, and on the inside they're as big as, and virtually set up like Borders, so, whether they buy Borders or not, I may have myself a new hangout.

The place seems to attract cute girls too, so hey...

See, what else, posted this...

My new compulsive project is printing shit out, and thumb tacking it to my walls.
Been kinda bare around here for awhile.
Now It's all monsters, movies, comedians, chicks, places.
Looks like the inside of my harddrive in here now.
Which is as it should be.

My camera was my early present, so I got that.

Oh, here's the cats doing their window/head thing.

Eh...what else..

Oh, ordered "I Am Nancy", which is Heather Langenkamp's followup/sequel/companion to last year's "Never Sleep Again", which I raved about last time.

It could suck or not, we'll see.
It's got new Robert Englund and Wes Craven interviews, so at least there's that.
That's all I care, if the other stuff is good, that'll be gravy.

Should be getting that sometime next week.

So, yeah, just had more fun this time.
Need projects to keep my mind active so it doesn't eat itself.
And cake.
Had both this time.

How I spent my summer.

Where to start...

Whelp, came down with the fucking gout of all things, and that sucked away most of my summer.

June and July, was mostly recovering from that.
Either writhing in bed with mind-blowing agony that felt like my foot was trying to transform into tree roots, slowly, and crunch-ily like "American werewolf in London", OR, hobbling about the house like a penguin.

Not fun.

Sooo, while I was laid up with that, I worked on Harry, and churned out Issue #2, #3, and #4.

So, at least that got done, anyway.

It put the kybosh on my fucking camera trips, so, didn't get to do those, at least not with nice summer-y weather.
Like doing those for summer.
But, couldn't even get a shoe on my shitty gout foot, much less drive, so, pppt.

Wish I could've cut the damned thing off.
Bastid.

Ohhh, and it got better slooooowly, so damned slowly.
That last little tiny ache in the joint of the big toe juuust finally left..last week!

So, anyway, once I was finally good to drive again, which was about August...shit, there was nowhere really left to go that I haven't been already.
Wasn't worth taking the camera.

After wrestling with gout, I just felt like sticking to familiar comfortable places, wasn't in the mood for goddamned Portland.

I gotta bite the bullet, and tackle it though, don't I?

Well, the one good trip I did make, and I shoulda brought the camera, but didn't feel like it, was back to the Mall, via Best Buy.

Wanted to get the cheap DVDs of the Nightmare On Elm Street series.
(2 2-sided DVDs a pack, 2 packs, 20 bucks all together, nice)

Needed 'em to go with "Never Sleep Again".
Man, if you dig the Freddies, you will love that documentary, it's got literally everything.

I have more fond memories of watching that series in the late-80's early-90's then my actual high school experience, so seeing all those people again felt like my high school reunion.

Yeah, that sounds geeky as fuck, but I don't care, it was that cool a documentary.

So, yeah, that gave me a buzz, and I figured "shit, not only do I need all those movies upgraded to DVD, to see them again in good quality, but I need them fucking NOW! Fuck Amazon, I ain't waiting!".

So, into the car I hopped, and away I went.

Actually, tried Wal-Mart first, because, even though I despise them, they have everything, and their DVDs are especially cheap.

No dice, the Freddies were the one thing they didn't have.

Sonzabitches.

Well, good, I wouldn't like the idea of having to thank them, anyway.

I loathe that there's no local mom n' pop shops for videos anymore, Wal-Mart fucking killed everybody.

So, anyway, found my movies at Best Buy, and got in and out of there as quick as I could.

Clerk tried to strike up a conversation about the Freddy remake, I wasn't having any of it.

Needless to say, having the Nightmare series along with "Never Sleep Again", is pure fucking bliss.

But...I needed to keep the buzz going, I needed more, so, it was time to collect more Robert Englund flicks.

Of course, the arrival of Jack Brooks is where you came in for my little 9/11 story.

In order of goodness, they go Behind The Mask, 2001 Maniacs, Jack Brooks.

Behind The Mask is brilliant, if you love the horror genre, you'll totally dig it, I think it's the next step in postmodern horror-comedy after "Scream".

And the other two are just fun. :)

So, that's the Robert Englunds,...but..y'know, I left out "Zombie Strippers", cuz it looked so schlocky...but fuck it, it's got Robert Englund.
Yeah, I'm getting it...who am I kidding?

Anyhoo, postscript to the acquisition of the Freddies, I know I'll never watch old tapes again once I get the DVD upgrade, and I need every inch of file cabinet space I can muster, and you can't get shit for tapes on Ebay, you're practically paying people to take them off your hands once you ship the things.
So, with an ache in my heart, I took the Nightmare series, Creepshow, and Fright Night out to the curb for the garbage man.

*Sigh*
So many memories.
I mean, I still have the flicks, and in better shape than they ever were...but, I quested for those damned tapes.
Riskier quests than the stupid trip up to Best Buy, lemme tell ya.
Lotta work back in them days.
Like I bemoaned in the Westbrook one, that age of video is long gone.
Tch.

But, I guess it's the flicks that really matter, isn't it?

Anyway, got the Freddies, got more Robert Englund, still needed to keep the buzz going, so, I expanded it out to DVD upgrading all my 80's flicks.
The most beloved ones, anyway.
That quest is still ongoing, but it's closing in towards the end.

But, that's been jazzing me, I really do fucking love movies.
Been great re-connecting with that.

Oh, and to feed my Robert Englund/Nightmare jones, I recently got "Hollywood Monster", the Robert Englund autobiography.

Plowed through the whole thing saturday night.
Excellent. :)

Hmm, what else went on this summer?
Not much else...

Didn't get out much, so, been trying to cram it all into August and September.
Don't think I made it, the cold weather is already creeping up.
Kerosine stove has been firing itself up at nights.
Summer's done, methinks.

Well, did my little entry on the wood road.
It was still nice out then.

Got out to my favorite Dairy Queen a couple times.
(See the Westbrook one again).

Got myself some Lindor truffles.

My 35th birthday happened, it was kinda "meh", but at this age, I guess they're gonna be that way from now on....

Saw "the human centipede".

Did my walk on 9/11, it was beautiful out then.

Still gotta tackle Portland.
Like to get that done before snow starts.
Man, time's flying.

So, yeah, that was summer.
Tch, wanted to do so much more....
Well, that's life....
