So, do I change any of my assessment of the whole series from part 1?

Nope!

It was still (mostly) a worthy journey.

With the final films added, did it go out with a bang, or a whimper?

Neither.

More of an open end like the TNG finale.

And that's fine.

Every ending doesn't have to be "Avengers:Endgame".

Personally, I count Flash as the last one.

I dunno why WB didn't futz with things so it came out last.

But whatever. It was a good run.

Here's to the Gunn years now!
