So, Neil Gaiman...(Part 2)
A.K.A. dismantling Sandman part 1.
So, yeah, I haven't been logging it anymore, but I've kept up putting printouts on my wall to have something to look at and focus my mind on when I'm bored.
Well, as you can likely guess, I had the poster for the fucking Sandman show up.
Yeah.
Well, at least it was only that, and not the covers off all the books.
Anyhoo...

So, Neil Gaiman...
Said here...
There's bad rumors about Gaiman, and I hope they're not true.
I'll do another whole post just about that someday.
Well, I put it off, and put it off, but here we go....

Voter ID: UPDATE!!!
My original rant on the subject.
Along with my explanation, I related my bad experience of walking past the petition to get it on the ballot, and some sneering witchy hag gave me a hard time about it.

Poe 3: Poe/Pym spinoff-a-thon (Part 3).
Read/watched these during "Lovecraft Country" cuz they were quickies.
Putting them after. Could have just lied by omission, and pretend I just did 'em. Nah.
Anyway, here they are.

Dammit, Disney. You haven't made me exactly love this character, but you've made it complicated.

First Thriftbooks order of 2025.
Yep, Bullmoose and Barnes & Noble failed me.
And I'm boycotting Amazon forever cuz of their Trump donations, and Bezos shitfucking the Washington Post.

"The worst of the worst" revisited.
So, my thing on The Soska Sisters made me go down a rabbit hole of old links, and I found this old rant that made me cringe at the front of "The Worst Of The Worst".
It made me cringe in exactly the same way as my one for "Dogma" so I really have to tackle it, and make it the sequel.
So, here we go....

So, Ghostbusters...
I've got 5 movies, 100+ cartoon episodes, and a pile of comics. I'm good.
Same way I feel about Star Wars.
And I feel the same away about all these Ghostbusters anniversaries as I do about May The 4th.
I'm out. I'm done.
Sick of the cycle of 5 years, movie, 5 years, movie, and the 4 years between being awkward thumb twiddling.
And for what?
And for who?
Who reads this shit and cares?
I thought I was defying Trump and his CHUD-boys keeping the ATC ones going, but the CHUD boys have their hate-boners out for female Silver Surfer, and then next year, it'll be some other bullshit.
It's not even about the movie they pick on, it's their mental disease.
The movies just get caught in the crossfire of the thrown rattles from the manbaby meltdowns.
Meltdowns over....NOTHING!
Rage-farmers rile them up over shit that ain't real.
For...money. It's the new televangelism.
And speaking of man-baby tantrums over imaginary boogeymen, Trump might be slaughtering protestors by tomorrow morning (writing this at 1:23 AM on 6/9/25).
So, y'know, puts it all in perspective.
Hey!! Whether it's troops in the streets, or measles epidemics, Trump's gonna make a whole lotta ghosts! There's a Ghostbusters plot for ya, Sony!
..and it's too depressing to make funny. 😓😔
Anyway!
If another movie comes out, I'll see it, and talk about it, but I'm not gonna cover every anal little detail.
"Thank baby Jesus!!!" some of you are no doubt saying.
Yes, you're free.
I'll torture you no longer. *Head pat*. I absolve you!
I might do one of these for 45 and 50.
We'll see. But next year? Nope.
Sequels? Nope.
Exhale, everyone who was sick of this. 😏

Happy eighteenth (and (possibly) final) Star Wars day!
Stuff since last time-
-I finally realized I'm as sick of Star Wars as Carrie Fisher probably was.
-Newest thing out is "Andor" season 2, and the fans are already having doggie-paddle slap-fights about it, and I'm even more committed to checking out on that fandom.
-20th anniversary of "Revenge Of The Sith" is coming up this month. I'll have some things to say about that, and retro link it here. And that'll really be it.
