The big summer movie recap. Part 3.

And here they are, like the previous two times, arranged in order of goodness from top to bottom.

Yet another really great summer.

Enough of these now, that it's time for a series recap.
Now, the movies.

1. Mad Max: Fury Road (First, second).

Still holds up as the most fun I had at the theaters this year.
Worth the double-dip trip.

2. The Human Centipede 3 [Final Sequence] (First, second-fifth).

I loved this one deep in my heart.
I'm gonna be watching this for decades to come.

3. Avengers: Age Of Ultron.

The first one can't be topped, but damn, did Whedon ever try.

4. Ant-Man. (First, second).

Funny thing, behind the scenes drama, a director quitting, and studio meddling didn't destroy this one, and did ruin "Fantastic Four". They make strange opposites.

5. Terminator: Genisys.

Not as bad as was made out.
Don't hold your breath for sequels though.

6. Jurassic World.

Good, but not 1.5 billion good.

7. Fantastic Four.

Repeated from the review, bleh.
Definitely don't hold your breath for these sequels.
Ditto the X-Men crossover.
Also, see 4.

8. Vendetta.

Meh.
Do better, Soskas.
One more strike, and you're out.

And that was summer of 2015.

Pretty excellent, but 2016 is going to be an unprecedented behemoth.

From here...

Next year has Deadpool, Dawn Of Justice, Civil War, X-Men: Apocalypse, Suicide Squad, Gambit, Doctor Strange, Ghostbusters reboot, Star Trek 3, and Rogue One.

And the year ain't over yet.

Next come the winter films, starting with Ash vs. Evil Dead.

Stay tuned.
There'll be a winter recap after those, and then a year of 2015 recap blending it all.
