Last year, I mumbled my excuses for not having the Harry/JS hybrid book done.
Fuck it, it's done when it's done.
I have a final Harry story I want to get done in time for the 30th anniversary.
That, and the 30th anniversary post that'll absorb it, will be the final capper.
I know how I want it all to end now.
And, the outline of my next book is 99.99999999% done.
Now, the usual list...
- The Harry books turned 6.
- I turned 43.
- After fixing the order last year, I did this year's movie list correctly.
- Ghostbusters: Crossing Over came out.
- Dan Aykroyd still wants Ghostbusters 3 to be a thing.
- Ivan Reitman is still dangling the mystery of the 2019 GB project at us.
- IDW is dangling a mystery GB project of their own.
- I ranked the GB universe (that I've collected) so far.
- I ret-conned the 31st GB anniversary.
- I started a new series of corrections/updates.
- Shmegalamonga turned 10!!
- Halloween and Christmas happened in their new streamlined forms.
- We lost Stan Lee. :-(
- Ironically, it was also the year of Spidey. Infinity War, Spider-Verse, and Venom all slayed at the box-office, and the Spider-Man PS4 game has everyone going batshit.
- Holy shit!! They finally got Transformers right!!
And, Trump is still being infuriating, and destructive, but his vile little kingdom is crumbling.
So, here's hoping for more of that, and an end to this bullshit.
If he wriggles free of all this, I'll be.....miffed.
So, here's to 2019 being even better.
The movies are looking good, at least.
