Happy twelfth Star Wars day.

Yep, I re-did the numbering to include the four I missed.
All caught up now.

First, this year's theater movie...
I saw "Solo", once, missed my second chance due to gout and bullshit.
I've got it on blu-ray now.
I dug it; the rest of the world didn't feel the same way.
Ah, well.

And now the other news...

Answering last year's predictions...

By the time this goes up, Solo will be a couple weeks away.

Saw it.

Then, that'll have to get us over the massive hump before Episode 9.

Still waiting.

By next year, there should be some Episode 9 news, maybe a title.

Yep.

And hopefully, we'll have some news on the next 2 trilogies,

Nope.

anthology three,

Died.

animated series three,

Yep.

and the live-action TV series.

Yep.

And oh yeah! "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge", should be built by then!

Yep.

Predictions for next year.
Hopefully news on the Benioff & Weiss trilogy.
We probably won't hear anything about the Rian Johnson trilogy for a couple years.
Hopefully, something on the Cassian Andor series.
We won't be getting any movies until about 2021 at the earliest.
The aftermath of TROS good or bad, and the reception of The Mandalorian will dominate Star Wars discussion in 2020.
Even if TROS is the greatest movie ever made by humans, it'll have trolls.
Mandalorian will be loved better by old-school fans justified or not.
There'll be immediate approval of a second season.
Dave Filoni will be tapped for a SW movie, probably in the B &W trilogy.

See you next year for how it all shakes out.
