Happy (belated) 30th birthday, Evil Dead 1!!

October 15th was the original release of the original film.

30 years, wild, huh?

Well, here's another link to the recap of the ED trilogy, and the spinoff goodies.

And soon to be another victim of reboot graverobbing.

(sigh)

Well, in those terms, I guess it kind of fits. Still waiting on word of a 'Jaws' reboot!

Ah, I see you've come to dread the word "reboot", as much as I.

Think the first time I heard it was in regard to the 007 series in regard to "Casino Royale".

First of all, it doesn't make sense.
If you reboot your computer, all your shit is still there.

...unless they're saying a whole canon of films was lazily jotted on a notepad file, and not saved.

Wouldn't "root sector reformat", be more appropriate?

The Shumacher Batmans were a damaged sector, the files became corrupt, and unstable, core registry files could no longer load, and there had to be a hard reformat off backup CD.

See? Trips off the tongue.
No?

Although, they've dinosaured the backup CD.

Now, computers restore themselves off a partition.

Man, I don't trust that at all.

That's like donating your own blood for yourself....and then keeping it on ya.
