Happy fifth observed Star Wars day.

"The Force Awakens", came out, it was awesome, I saw it in the theater 4 times (1, 2, 3, 4), it made over 2 billion worldwide, and Star Wars is back.

Winning fixes everything, even prequels.

From last time.

By next year, "The Force Awakens", will have long ago come out, I'll have reviewed it, and maybe it'll be on DVD.
And of course, we'll be heading towards "Rogue One".

It has, I did, it is, and we are.

Here's the Rogue One Trailer.
And here's the first poster with just the logo.

Also from last time...

So, from here on out, there'll always be a Star Wars movie, there'll always be new news, and I'll always have a fresh poster to use on Star Wars day, so I never ever have to use the fuckin' prequels. :D

Well, look upward, and there it all is. :-)
See you next year for a Rogue One full poster and review(s).
And some Episode 8 news, possibly a title.
Disney just made celebrating May 4th really fucking easy. :-D

I finished "Star Trek" season 1.

"The City On The Edge Of Forever" is a really great episode but I might go with "Space Seed" and "The Corbomite Maneuver" as possibly being better.

"The Alternative Factor" really sucks and I don't get the praise for "Arena" much at all.

I dunno, I tend to lineup pretty consistently with best/worst episode consensuses regarding pretty much any TV show.

I think nostalgia is the big thing behind "Arena", being beloved.

If you think "Alternative Factor", is bad, wait until you get to "And The Children Shall Lead".

I'm also not looking forward to "Spock's Brain."

"City On The Edge Of Forever," at the very least, is a very atypical episode of the show, sort of like "Jose Chung's 'From Outer Space'" is for "X-Files," that one also veered between humorousness and seriousness. That may be why I'm going with "Corbomite Maneuver."

I generally like the show more than I don't, but I will say it's got its inconsistencies.

Some of those old Gorn action figures from the 70s are a LAUGH RIOT.
