Ghostbusters 4 news.

Damn!! Been awhile!! Last summer to be exact!!
So, here's what we know...

Filming is supposed to start next week.

Ernie Hudson wasn't sure he was even going to be in it, but now he's going to be.
There was no way he wasn't going to be; I think his griping in the media was a negotiating tactic.

Filming is going to be in London with a set replica of the firehouse.

Speaking of Firehouse, the shooting/code name has been changed from "Firehouse" to "Hell's Kitchen".

Here's the official synopsis-

"After the events in Oklahoma, the Ghostbusters team returns to where it all started; New York City! The Spengler family story continues with a new group of Ghostbusters led by Winston Zeddemore (Ernie Hudson) and Ray Stantz (Dan Aykroyd).”

McKenna Grace, Finn Wolfhard, Paul Rudd, and Carrie Coon are all coming back.
No word on Logan Kim or Celeste O’Connor.

No word on if "a new group of Ghostbusters" refers to Paul Rudd and the kids, or if there'll be new rookies like in the video game.

Now, to my opinion.
I think this is the Ghostbusters 3 fans really wanted.
But! Afterlife had to deal with Harold Ramis's death.
And! Answer The Call had just done the New York thing.
And! Jason Reitman had the image of Phoebe with a proton pack out in a corn field in a dream, and us writers have to chase our dreams down.
So, Afterlife had to be 3, and this one is 4.
I think this one will be even more of a nostalgia crowd pleaser than the last.

Anyway, that's all 'til next week.
There'll probably just be a set pic with the cast or something, like last time.
