1. Avengers: Endgame
Well, we all knew this was going to own the summer.
And it came this > < close to de-throning Avatar.
And the Russos were right, it was better than Infinity War.
2. Spider-Man: Far From Home
Said it in the review, best Spidey yet.
3. Shazam!
Captain Marvel is cooler, and her flick is full of sweet, sweet, MCU continuity porn...but I just had more fun with this one.
4. Captain Marvel
A fun time at the movies, but I said it all at #3.
5. Dark Phoenix
Goodbye, Fox-Men. We will miss you. *Salutes*
6. Glass
I've had time to mull it over now, and I'd rank the trilogy...
...in chronological order!
7. Brightburn
I liked it better for being glue to the James Gunn Cinematic Universe than for the rest of the movie!
8. Pet Sematary
Glad I saw it, but the original 80's one is better.
9. Hellboy
A good year for me, cuz I'm picky.
But bad for Hollywood overall.
A lot of shit bombed.
But nothing I saw.
Well, except Hellboy.
It's leaking out now that behind the scenes, it was doomed from the get.
I guess it's another 2016.
The stuff I saw, I liked, but a lot of non-superhero blockbusters fell on their face.
Oh, well, sucks to be the fans of those franchises.
I got through unscathed.
That's all I care about.
Fall/winter is heavily stacked with goodies though.
We'll see how that goes!
