Crap, I realized, I did last year's two weeks earlier.
Time to get cracking.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015)
Coming in just a couple months, so pre-summer, really.
This one kinda goes without saying.
Terminator Genisys (2015)
Coming in July.
Not exactly stoked for it, but hey, you never know.
Ant-Man (2015)
Also in July
Been a lot of backstage BS on this one, hard to be enthusiastic, but it's Marvel, so I'm in.
Fantastic Four (2015)
In August.
I've heard the tone of this described as "Fantastic Four meets Cronenberg's 'The Fly'".
Okay, THAT has me interested.
I'm in.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015)
Coming December 18th, so, the first WINTER movie in this series.
I've heard the others will all be summer films as they should be.
This one was squeezing tight under the deadline.
Damn, a decade from last Sunday was "Revenge Of The Sith".
Fuuuuuck.
Thin crop this year.
Might fill it out with other stuff if something looks good.
Maybe "Pixels".
Maybe.
Now, NEXT YEAR is going to be a fucking BEAST.
Next year has Deadpool, Dawn Of Justice, Civil War, X-Men: Apocalypse, Suicide Squad, Gambit, Doctor Strange, Ghostbusters reboot, Star Trek 3, and Rogue One.
And that's if there are no un-predicted curve-balls, which there will be.
Shyeeet!!
Well, see you then.

MAD MAX FURY ROAD, you beesh!!!!
I'm actually looking forward to it because it's apparently not going to be a buttload of CGI!!! And it's in like two months!
I watched "True Detective." That tracking shot at the end of the fourth episode was a mind blower, episodes 4-7 were doing so well, then the whole thing crash landed on a godawful "Silence Of the Lambs" ripoff with a total redneck nobody as the killer and one of the lamest "aha!" clues in history (the green ears.) And GOOD LORD I never want to see the cliche of "hero survives in spite of being stabbed so brutally that if he weren't a fictional character his guts would be all over the floor." That crap was in Dark Knight Rises too and I'm getting REAL sick of it!!!
All the other episodes were good though, in spite of McConaughey kinda blowing Harrelson away on the acting front--Harrelson came across like a whiny redneck teenager every time he got "angry"!
But, I'm whining. It was a good series aside from that dreadful last episode.
D'oh!! Right!! Okay Mad Max too.
*Googles* May 15th.
Re: True Detective - ah, it wasn't just me that noticed that the end was Tom Harris-esque.
Even the hero getting gutted came from the opening of Red Dragon.
Still, the performances were great.
Updates.
