Love that picture of Windows 1.0. What an abysmal product. The windows couldn't even be overlapped. We were a far cry from a true multi-tasking, GUI-based operating system back then.
At the same time Microsoft was making this available for PC users, we Commodore Amiga users were using a true 32-bit preemptive multi-tasking system with a graphical user interface. Alas, Microsoft had far more clout than Commodore...
