Did I mention this is going to be fucking legendary?
Cress Williams has (seemingly) confirmed on social media Black Lightning is going to be in it.
I called it here.
But NEXT year, they're doing "Crisis On Infinite Earths"!
For that one, I predict they'll do all 6 shows.
Arrow, Flash, Legends, Supergirl, Batwoman, and Black Lightning.
Yep, I think they'll integrate Black Lightning by then.
It's a Berlanti show, they've established a multiverse, time to get that shit done.
Well, not all 6 shows, it's still only going to be the 5, with BL showing up, but it still canonizes him into the multiverse.
No word on if his daughters, Thunder & Lightning will also show up.
I would assume so.
So, that's....
...Batman '66, Wonder Woman '77, Flash '90*, Superman Returns**, Smallville, Arrow, Constantine***, CW Flash, Legends Of Tomorrow, CW Supergirl, Black Lightning, and Batwoman that are all part of this Berlanti-multi-verse (retroactively or otherwise).
Or, the CW-verse.
Or, the Arrowverse.
But...if it retroactively goes all the way back to Batman, shouldn't it be the Batman-verse?
Hmmm...
*He was in Elseworlds, so even if he doesn't show up in Crisis (he will), he's part of the Berlanti-verse.
**And thus, all 4 Reeve Supermans, and Helen Slater Supergirl.
*** Via an Arrow episode, and season 4 of Legends.
Anyway, that's it so far.
I'd be happy with that, but another part of me hopes even more drop.
Like DC-Streaming Swamp Thing.
Or Adrienne Barbeau to represent Swamp Thing '82.
Or the kid from Gotham so we at least have one actual Batman.
Or Kevin Conroy as live-action TAS Batman, and he and Robin '66 can mentor Gotham Batman.
Or hey, Helen Slater is right there on Supergirl as her mom, have her suit up as 80's Supergirl again!
So many ways they could go!
*Rubs hands in excitement*
