Some of these more credible than others.

Okay, first one.
In the 2nd trailer, people spotted Lady Deathstrike, Toad, & Callisto; but today, people found The Russian. A Punisher bad guy formerly played by Kevin Nash in the Tom Jane Punisher movie.
Could just be a guy in a red and white striped shirt, but....come on....
"A trusted source" says Chris Evans is indeed in it as Human Torch from Fantastic Four '05.
Hunter B-15 from "Loki" (black girl with the Vader helmet in the "Loki" poster) is allegedly in it to supply the more direct character link to Loki.
X-23 from "Logan" and Channing Tatum's Gambit supposedly have extended roles.
Funny thing, I had this to say about the Gambit movie dying at the time...
The only hope this movie has, is if they shove it into the bubble-universe set aside for Deadpool.
But even then, don't hold your breath for it.

Anyhoo! It sounds like this is going to be like "The Flash" where a handful of crossover characters actually have a part in the story, while others are glorified scenery.
Not as fully interactive as "No Way Home" but still way better than the morsels we got in "Multiverse of Madness".
And...hopefully better than "The Flash".
I love "The Flash" but Deadpool has to be better.
The trailers alone look better.
