Marvel DC crossover: Part 4!

This one's so easy, I almost didn't want to bother with it.
But, eh, fuck it, let's throw it in the pot.

-Spider-Man:
Across The Spider-Verse (2023)
-The Lego Batman Movie (2017)

Original reviews here and here.

In SM:ATSV, one of the timeline/dimension cops working for Spider-Man 2099 is Lego Spider-Man.
Boom, that's it.
Lego is a branded product, they have no competitor.
There's no Pepsi to their Coke.

There used to be; there was Tyco who made ripoff Legos in the 80's, and they were sued into oblivion.
Which is sad, because Lego is ridiculously overpriced, and there needs to be a generic.
People won't accept it with their medicine, but they'll take it from Lego.
Go figure.

Anyhoo!
Lego's it. If you have Legos in your movie, you have to ask Lego's permission.

If Lego Spidey is there, he's part of the same world as Lego Batman even if they don't directly cross.
As seen in both "Lego Movie" and "Lego Batman", all the Lego licensed properties cross in Lego-land.
DC, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars, everything.

That we don't SEE Marvel and DC play together means nothing.
If Lego Spidey and Lego Batsy exist, that's all you need.

Aaand, done!
