Short version: Headpool.
To people who don't read comics, comics-Deadpool makes a team of his alternate selves, and one of them is Headpool, the severed head of "Marvel Zombies" Deadpool.
Posters confirm Headpool is in it, but the rumor is, movie-Headpool is the severed head of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" Deadpool.
That really would bring everything full circle.
