Yep, this nailed it.
This is the best Star Wars show since Mandalorian seasons 1-2, and some are arguing it's a better continuation of the timeline than the sequel trilogy.
I dunno about THAT, but it is good.

Rebels was the first thing out of the gate when Disney bought Star Wars, and who knew the seeds that it was going to be planting for the future!!

This is stuff from the novels.
Coruscant, Dathomir, Thrawn, and clone-Emperor were just the start.
They're cherry-picking the books like a motherfucker now.
Good. The novels jumped the shark eventually, but there's a lot of good stuff in there.
So, they've already started writing Ahsoka season 2, and they want it to drop in time so it comes out before Dave Filoni's Mando-verse crossover movie.

Nah. Aside from it's retroactive importance, it's not the greatest thing.
Anyway, all this stuff is nice, but Star Wars really needs to be back in the theater.
