But then people think I'm crazy when I say "tax billionaires and trillionaires out of existence". Some capitalism defender will inevitably spout the "socialism kills incentive...blah, blah, blah.." line of shit; to which I say "so you mean Elon Musk gets himself out of bed and smells the coffee, and sniffs the bar of soap in the shower thinking of all the kids his DOGE cuts are gonna kill today? And you get out of bed wanting to suck up to that guy? My point is made. Move along". No one can defend our current system anymore without dipping their hands in sewage, or appealing to a fairy tale version of it.
P.S. worker co-ops exist, and they incentivize people.
P.P.S. Yeah, I know I didn't specifically answer the "Elon leaks his credit info" thing, but I kinda did in the sense that, if capitalism were a real meritocracy, a bumbling chuckle-fuck like Musk wouldn't be the first trillionaire.
