Belated Trek news.

"Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" has their season 4 and 5 in the can.

Season 5 is just going to be 6 episodes, and goes right up to Original Series.

They already have Kirk, Spock, Scotty, Chapel, and Uhura.

They've recently casted their Bones and Sulu as....

Thomas Jane and Kai Murakami.

I have...my issues with Jane, but he'll be an interesting Bones.

The Trek execs want to do "Star Trek: Year One" to fill in that lost year of TOS, and get it right up to the TOS pilot.

We'll see how that goes.
