Big Winter Movies Part 2. (Part 0.75).


Well, it's not a movie, but it's movie adjacent, and it's not a review cuz it ain't out yet, but...I dunno where else to put it.
Meh, I'll throw a crossover tag onto it too.

Yep, IDW is doing the original and "Answer The Call", Ghostbusters crossover!
Comes out March 2017.
I knew it, I wanted a movie, but I knew if we didn't get a movie, we'd get something.
Here it is.
Well, somethin' to look forward to next year, and goodness knows I need it.

    Oh yeah! Where this crosses the canon of the comics, and "Answer The Call", then "Tobin's Spirit Guide", and "Ghosts From Our Past", are in the same world now!

    Duh! It also means "Answer The Call", is officially Ghostbusters 3 after all!
    Okay, then the '09 video game is 2.5.

    AND!!! It resolves what timeline the IDW comics are in.
    If the crossover is with cartoony stylized versions of the girls that are intended to represent the live-action versions, then the cartoony stylized versions of the BOYS are the live-action movie characters, SO the comics pick up after GB2 and the video game.

    On December 21, 2016, Tom Waltz tweeted "Ghostbusters 101" is just the tip of the iceberg and there big plans for Ghostbusters at IDW for 2017 and 2018. Multiple events are in the works.
