All-purpose horror thread part 2.

Here's a link to part 1.

All-purpose horror franchise update thread.

So, that one served its purpose.

I kept up on things with Dark Horizons, and Fangoria on my Facebook feed, jotted down everything I found interesting in comments, and then split it up into the Halloween categories.

It created Halloween, now it's time for a fresh one for next year.

Ripoff of "High Tension", and a bunch of other "victim is the real/new killer", films and shorts. Unoriginal as fuck. Boooo!!

    Smothered.
Unwatchable, bailed out after 5 minutes.

Freaks Of Nature. (Formerly "Kitchen Sink")
    Surprisingly really good!
Had a surprising amount of cool celebrities in it too!
Key from Key & Peele, Dennis Leary, Bob Odenkirk, & Joan Kusak.
Good effects, this wasn't a b-movie! Indie, but not cheap indie!
Really cute! Might even be worth buying!

That's de-canonized glorified fanfic now, so we'll see where the movie take sit.
