It looks like Fox will still exist, and the pieces of Fox not owned by Disney will call themselves "New Fox".
It's going to take another 12-18 months to hammer out the literally millions of fine legal details, so that gives plenty of time for the current batch of X-Men films to come out, and for Marvel to plan out how they're going to integrate X-Men and Fantastic Four into their Phase 4 slate.
